Schedule is subject to change as the project progresses. Coordination with the Flagler Memorial Bridge project is very important and every effort will be made to minimize inconvenience to the public. The Federal Highway Administration (FHA) granted Location and Design Concept acceptance (LDCA) on May 12, 2009 which officially ended the PD&E phase for this project.
